Ataka Museum of Art Myomizan-Koen, Muya-cho, Naruto-city, Tokushima Pref., 772-0000 0886-86-1611
The Ataka Museum of Art was established by ATAKA Fumio, a well known art collector. The museum was originally opened to exhibit the weaving works of ASHIZAWA Keisuke, a Living National Treasure. There is a tearoom that exhibits ancient hanging scrolls and other items in the collection include noren, folding screens, kimonos and sashes, pottery and porcelain, glassware, prints as well as Living National Treasure autographs. Modern ceramics and sculptures by Jacometti are also on display. The museum is located in the Myomi mountains with a view of the Naruto channel.

Tokushima prefectural Museum Bunka no mori Sogo Park, Mukoderayama, Hachiman-cho, Tokushima-city, Tokushima Prefecture, 770-8070 0886-68-3636
The Tokushima Prefectural Museum was established in 1990 and exhibits archaeological literature, historical works, folk arts and crafts, as well as human and natural science exhibits. A workshop for earthenware making and nature watching classes are open to the public.
