The Yomitanson Museum was founded in 1990 and exhibits paintings, sculptures, pottery and porcelain. The collection includes local pottery as well as local folkcrafts. Special events are held seven to eight times a year.

The Yomitanson History and Folklore Museum was founded in 1975 and exhibits archaeological relics, historical works and folklore literature. The collection includes Yomitanson Kimono, folklore costumes and earthenware found at ruins in Okinawa.
